Dear Brethren,
I am writing to all you Young Adults because I am concerned for you. This has always been in my mind for a long time and I am seeing that the other leaders are following my footsteps. I have repeatedly reminded them in my conversation and prayers that the leaders cannot be seen to be unfriendly, unapproachable and aloof. Not that they are.
I am wondering what is keeping some of you from supporting this life group. Could we have a dialogue? We want your input and suggestions.
This fellowship is meant for you. We want this group to be vibrant and active. You are the future leaders of the church. We want to give our input to you. Many of you.
I have known for so many years and are now in university and working. God has blessed all of you. Do not trade you spiritual heritage with that of the world. You have to study and work but surely there is time for the things of the Lord and not on Sunday only.
All of you should continue to keep the communication open.
I hope my appointment as an Elder does not keep all of you from approaching and relating with me. This is done because the church needs to have a continuity. In the near future the picture would be the same.
In fact, honestly my hands are really full. With family, work at the hospital and church work (esp. the Music & Worship Ministry and Life Groups), it is tough. I have to travel to PD to be with the folks there for Life Group on and off.
We encourage you.
You encourage us.
From my heart to all of you.
More to come.
Bye.
God Bless.
Say Khim
